These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph62a ("ph62a," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ph62a website, mobile interface, and all associated services.
By registering an account, accessing the ph62a platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph62a platform and close your account.

To access the full range of ph62a services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. ph62a requires a valid Philippine mobile number for account verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide truthful information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. ph62a may, at its discretion, require verification of your identity, age, address, or payment method at any time. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ph62a account credentials. ph62a recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a password that is unique to the ph62a platform. ph62a will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify ph62a support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. ph62a may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with current fee schedules, following prior written notice to the account holder's registered contact details. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a period of prolonged inactivity.
ph62a accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 via GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer minimums may vary. All deposits must be funded from payment methods owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (the "matching rule"), subject to verification requirements. ph62a does not charge a platform withdrawal fee on standard cashouts; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. ph62a processes verified withdrawal requests within an average of fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Larger amounts or first-time withdrawals may require additional review.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
ph62a offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by these Terms and any specific promotional terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of conflict between these Terms and promotional terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that particular offer.
All games available on the ph62a platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates reflect the theoretical long-term average for each game and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a session, ph62a will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome based on game logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, ph62a reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. ph62a's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
Live casino games are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective game provider and studio. In cases where a live dealer makes a procedural error, the platform rules of the game provider apply and ph62a's determination based on provider logs is final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph62a's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to ph62a in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph62a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of gaming sessions arising from circumstances beyond ph62a's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, network failures, acts of God, or regulatory actions).
ph62a collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the ph62a Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph62a reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph62a will notify registered players via their registered contact details with reasonable advance notice prior to the changes taking effect. Where changes are required by regulatory direction from PAGCOR or by operation of law, they may take effect immediately without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph62a operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any unresolved dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures in accordance with its applicable rules and regulations.
For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR channels, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
